To secure your dates and confirm all services — including accommodations, transportation, and guiding — a deposit is required.
Due to the limited availability of premium lodges and specialized photography locations in Costa Rica, bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Due to advance commitments with lodges, transportation providers, and specialized services, the following cancellation terms apply:
- More than 120 days before arrival: 70% refund of total amount paid
- 119–90 days before arrival: 50% refund
- 89–60 days before arrival: 25% refund
- Less than 60 days before arrival: No refund
The 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to secure accommodations and logistics in advance.
