Let's Build Your Costa Rica Program
Start Your Costa Rica Photography Program
Every Physis B2B program begins the same way: a direct conversation between you and Andy Bezara, founder and professional photographer. No intake forms routed to a sales team. No automated sequences. Just two people who take photography seriously, talking about what you want to create.
What Happens in That First Conversation
In thirty minutes, we can cover everything that matters: who your photographers are and what they want to shoot, what kind of program structure fits your organization, what dates and durations work, how the commercial model works for your specific situation, and what Costa Rica can realistically offer during your target season.
You leave the call with a clear picture of what a Physis program looks like for your group — and Andy leaves with enough to begin designing the first draft of your itinerary.
What to Have Ready
You do not need a complete brief to reach out. But the more you can share, the faster Andy can build something concrete for you. Useful starting points include your estimated group size, your target dates or season, your photographers’ primary subjects of interest — birds, wildlife, macro, landscape, or a combination — and whether this is your first time operating Costa Rica or a return visit.
If you are a tour leader bringing your own clients, it also helps to know whether you want Andy present in the field as your local co-leader, or whether you prefer a fully independent program with Physis operating the logistics behind the scenes.
Two Ways to Start
Choose the option that feels right for where you are in the process.
Book a call directly — use Andy’s scheduling link to find a time that works across time zones. Calls are typically 30 minutes and held via Zoom. Schedule a call with Andy →
Send a message first — if you prefer to share context in writing before scheduling a call, use the form below. Andy reads every inquiry personally and responds within one business day.
Either way, you are not starting a sales process. You are starting a program.
