I am Andy Bezara, founder of Physis Photo Tours. I was born in Venezuela and since 1998 I have lived permanently in Costa Rica, proudly holding both nationalities.
My career blends Latin American roots with deep Costa Rican expertise. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve dedicated my life to photography and to helping visitors capture the extraordinary natural beauty of Costa Rica through private, photography-focused tours.
My Path in Photography
Over the last two decades, I’ve specialized in nature, wildlife, and bird photography, with deep experience in macro, multi-flash, long exposure, and birds in flight. My approach is simple: design tours around light, access, and your goals.
How I Lead Tours
As a tour leader, I combine teaching, logistics, and local knowledge. Programs are private & exclusive, time in the field is maximized with immersive experiences, and logistics are handled by our all-in-one program so you can focus on the shot.
